First, anyone who says starting a business is easy is a liar.

It’s not easy. But once your guitar skill has been developed, you can now play pretty much all the songs that you want.
It’s the same principle in business building and wealth creation.
This is the reason why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Perseverance + Right Skills = Success.
Listen, you can blame the government and the corrupt system all you want but that won’t make you rich.
Besides, those are outside of your control. Blaming never changed anything.
Develop the necessary skills for your business and stick to it.
